If your application is approved, please register your product with our support agent by providing the following information. Alternatively, you can also register your product using our online registration.

Reason for RMA
Fiber2c service department will submit RMA request for RMA approval after qualifying your applications.
(If you have contacted Fiber2c Service Specialist via phone or live chat. Fiber2c standard RMA approval process is 24 hrs.)
Once your RMA is approved by our Sales Manager, Fiber2c will inform you immediately via email, and there are 2 key messages will be included, the first is the confirmation of RMA Approval and the second is the return address.
(If you are an Australian client you will need to deliver through Australia Post)
Please note, you are responsible for any expenses you may incur in delivering your defective product to Fiber2c System Pty Ltd office at 9/209 Toorak Road, VIC 3141. All other cost regarding to your refund process will be covered by Fiber2c.)
Fiber2c will inform you via email once we deliver a replace new product to you. You also will receive an information about the tracking information
Please note that this process takes approximately 2 weeks before you receive your new product.
