If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return Fiber2c products within 45 calendar days of the date of shipment for a refund back to your original payment account, less the shipment charge.

Only items that have been purchased directly from fiber2c website, can be returned to fiber2c. Fiber2c products purchased through our resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with its original quantity and items.

Fiber2c guarantees the quality and performance of all our products for life. All products will be replaced at the discretion of Fiber2c for the practical lifetime of the product. Fiber2c reserves the right not to offer refund that the products damage caused by accident, improper care, and negligence using in your system. Fiber2c offers free return shipment at the discretion of Fiber2c for the practical lifetime of the product.

Normally it will take 2-3 weeks from the time you mailed your order for the return to be processed. You will receive the confirmation email once the return has been processed.

Ship your item back to Fiber2c

To return an item to Fiber2c, sign in to online Return Material Authorization with your account ID and password. On RMA page, you will see your order history. Locate the item you want to return and follow Fiber2c standard RMA process.

Refunds

Once fiber2c receives your returned item, a refund is initiated immediately. Please note, the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Paid by Credit Card

Your refund will be paid back to your card issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned products. Please look for the additional support from your card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will arrive at your account.

Paid through Bank Transfer

Your refund will be transferred back to your original bank account within 3 business days of receipt of the returned products. Please look for the additional support from your account opening bank with questions about when the credit will arrive at your account.

Fiber2c offers a true Lifetime Advanced Replacement Warranty on all optical transceivers products. We understand that uptime in your network is critical, and our warranty is designed with that in mind. We will send you a replacement unit as soon as we identity the issue. Our replacement can be onsite and installed before you ship the original item back to us if you are fiber2c account user. We also have the professional technical supporter to serve as a resource for your team whenever needed.
